H.264视频流量的自适控制

多媒体在因特网络中实时传播,常因网络的带宽限制造成传输过程中数据包丢失.如何提高多媒体传输的质量是一个重要而有挑战性的任务.现提出了一种新颖的基于丢包率判决来自适应控制H.264视频流量的传输方法.实验表明该方法解决了有效带宽变化对视频传输的影响,很大程度上提高了多媒体传输的质量.     

Proopiomelanocortin expression in the skin during induced hair growth in mice

We demonstrate for the first time a hair cycle-dependent gene and protein expression of proopiomelanocortin in mouse skin in vivo. Northern blot detected POMC mRNA with an apparent size of 0.9 kb in anagen but not telogen skin. Western blot emphasized a specific protein of 30–33 kDa recognized by anti -endorphin in late but not early anagen or telogen skin. By immunocytochemistry, -endorphin antigen was localized in the sebaceous gland in a hair cycle dependent manner.     

Preferential excretion of glycated albumin in C57BL-Ks-J mice: Effects of diabetes

Urinary excretion of glycated albumin was quantitated in genetically hyperglycemic mice (C57BL-Ks-J, db/db mice), a model for non-insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus, and compared with their non-diabetic littermates. The data indicated a preferential excretion of glycated albumin in non-diabetic mice. This phenomenon of editing of glycated albumin is decreased significantly in diabetic mice. Quantitative measurements of overall excretion of glycated albumin suggested that the loss of editing in diabetic mice is due to the dilution of glycated albumin by the unmodified albumin which is excreted in large amounts in diabetic mice. Therefore, the loss of editing observed in this model resembled the one we characterized in insulin-dependent diabetic humans and a streptozotocin-diabetic rat model³.     

藏产红景天混合提取物对BALB／c小鼠免疫功能的影响

选择淋巴器官脏器系数,迟发型变态反应,脾脏抗体生成细胞数,巨噬细胞蚕噬指数等免疫免疫学指标观察藏产多种红景天对ＢＡＬＢ／ｃ小鼠免疫功能的影响。结果表明,在５００－２０００ｍｇ／ｋｇ剂量范围内能增加ＢＡＬＢ／ｃ小鼠胸腺的相对重量,足跖厚度及脾脏抗体生成细胞的数量。     

灵芝菌丝体碱提多糖对小鼠细胞免疫的作用

体外灵芝菌丝体碱提多糖对脾细胞增殖反应和巨噬细胞的吞噬能力均有促进作用,但显示出低剂量增强、高剂量抑制的双向调节能力.体内实验表明灵芝菌丝体碱提多糖高、低剂量组灌胃给药在第10天时,能够最大增强淋巴细胞增殖反应.同时,显著升高CD 4T细胞的百分率,而对CD 8T细胞的百分率无影响,从而改善CD 4T/CD 8T细胞的比值,促进荷瘤小鼠恢复正常的免疫平衡状态.因此,灵芝菌丝体碱提多糖对小鼠体内外细胞免疫有直接作用,但有剂量和时间依赖性.     

五个昆明小鼠封闭群遗传生化位点比较研究

目的为了进行昆明小鼠标准化研究,探讨了不同种群遗传生化位点的差异.方法随机选取北京生物制品研究所、长春生物制品研究所、华北药厂、中国医学科学院实验动物研究所和中国药品生物制品检定所昆明小鼠各40只(雌雄各半),测定Es3等十三个生化位点的基因型分布.结果各群在AKP1、Es1和Trf位点均为一个表现型,即b型;北京生物制品研究所、长春生物制品研究所和华北药厂的Ce2为单一的a型;Es3位点除北京生物制品研究所和长春生物制品研究所外,均无a型、ac和ab型;中国医学科学院实验动物研究所种群还在Hbb(s)和Idh1(a)位点只有一种表现型.各封闭群的基因频率在多数位点上处于平衡状态,遗传距离计算的结果表明,基因分布与种群的来源有密切关系.结论不同昆明小鼠种群之间存在差异,需要进一步标准化.     

基于MPEG-x与H.26x标准方案的H.264新技术的实现分析

研究基于MPEG-4与H．263视频图像压缩编码标准方案，分析讨论了H．264的多参考帧块运动估算、小波变换、小波系数的量化和编码、亚像素快速搜索算法等新技术的实现演变发展。以适应现有复杂多变的网络条件，解决网络带宽瓶颈，提高视频图像编码算法的压缩效率。     

鸡冠花提高S180荷瘤鼠免疫功能及抑瘤作用的研究

目的研究鸡冠花对S180荷瘤鼠免疫器官的影响．方法随机将小鼠分为鸡冠花水煎液高、低剂量组，鸡冠花搅碎液高、低剂量组和对照组．每组10只，雌雄各半．用s180建立肿瘤模型，同时喂以鸡冠花制剂．结果鸡冠花液各实验组的荷瘤重均明显低于对照组(P＜0．05)．鸡冠花液各实验组胸腺和脾脏重量均明显高于对照组(P＜0．05)．以高浓度组增重明显．     

Expression of human clotting factor Ⅸ mediated by recom- binant lentiviral vector in cultured cells and hemophilia B mice

To explore the expression of human clotting factor Ⅸ (hFⅨ) cDNA in vitro and the feasibility of gene therapy for hemophilia B mice mediated by recombinant lentiviral vector, a recombinant hFⅨ lentiviral vector driven by ubiquitin-C promoter, FUXW, and by ABP liver specific promoter, FAXW, was constructed respectively. Recombinant lentivirus was harvested from 293T cells by calcium phosphate-mediated transient cotransfection of three plasmids (transgene vector, CMV腞8.2, VSV-G). hFⅨ expression was detected in supernatant of 293T, BHK and L-02 cells infected with FUXW virus, whereas higher expression of hFⅨ levels (630 ng/106 cells/48 h) was detected only in L-02 cells infected with FAXW virus. Serum hFⅨ antigen was detected in all hemophilia B mice treated with FAXW virus by tail vein injection, an efficiency level of hFⅨ was observed (45 ng/mL, approximately 1% of normal human levels), the expression lasted for more than 60 d. The results indicated that HIV-based lentiviral vectors offer a promising approach to the gene therapy of hemophilia B.     

BALB／c突变无毛小鼠血清IgG含量的测定

对本中心发现并培育成群的一种新的BALB／c突变无毛小鼠血清IgG含量进行测定，同时与其它二种表型进行比较。结果表明，小鼠IgG含量随日龄的增大而增大，雌雄间无显著性差异。1月龄无毛小鼠IgG含量低于其它两种表型，但2－3月龄间无差异，表明该突变未引起成年小鼠正常血清IgG含量的变化。此外，试验中还发现，BALB／c突变小鼠三种表型2月龄时血清IgG含量比文献报导的BALB／c小鼠低，其原因有待进一步探讨。
